"I'm pleased to keep the run going," he said after watching the side get their ninth draw at The Walkers Stadium this season.
"Liverpool's shape messed us up in the first half, but we sorted it out at half-time.
"The second-half performance was excellent and over the 90 minutes, I was pleased with the effort of everybody.
"That's a point that not too many people would have given us and now we move on to the next game against Leeds."
