Adams: I'll take a draw

"Anyone could see we were down to the bare bones today when a midfielder comes off with a dislocated shoulder and we have to slot a centre-forward into midfield," the Foxes boss said after the 1-1 draw at the Walkers Stadium.

"I think that was a bit of an eye-opener for the board of directors but that wasn't me making a point, I have far too much respect for the board to do that, rather the point was being made for me.

"But I'll take a draw because Norwich played very well and there was bound to be some relaxation, wasn't there?

"There's been a lot of pressure on us to get back into the Premier League and it's been a big relief for us to get back there.

"We've still got another game to go and we'll be as professional as we can.

"I don't think we've got anything to be ashamed about though because it's not the result we got against Norwich, it's about the result we got in the other 44 matches."
