1 point from our Christmas matches, a showing today against Crystal Palace that lacked passion, determination or indeed any positive play at all. I write this before Levein has done his post match interview but I know what it will be anyway, just how much bad luck do you think we have had really Levein.
The board meet tommorow to discuss budgets for the current transfer window and have to ask seriuos questions of Leveins master plan to stop us dropping into League One. I don't believe he has a clue how to deal with it and if that is the case then the axe should fall immediately with any money that was to be made available used to pay off Craig.
Money spent now may mean money saved next season when at least we will still be playing in the Championship. Just one win in 13 matches and now not even the consolation of playing well in defeat it is surely time for drastic steps to be taken. At the board meeting tommorow the members have to be brave, they have to grill Levein and get positive answers and plans, if they dont get the answers they believe will turn us around then they must act and act swiftly.
Its not to late to save the season but I fear it could be to late to save Levein. He has not adapted to the English game, it appears he has trouble motivating the players and after 18 months he still doesn't know his best starting eleven, worrying even if he was a pub team manager!
