Striker Matty Fryatt will be missing when Leicester begin life without Paulo Sousa against Scunthorpe at the Walkers Stadium. Sousa was sacked less than three months after taking over from Nigel Pearson following a disappointing start to the season. The Foxes have won just one of their first nine games in the Championship and slipped to the bottom of the table after their midweek defeat at Norwich. Current goalkeeping coach Mike Stowell and coach Chris Powell will take temporary charge of the first team against the Iron. They must do so without Fryatt, who begins a three-match suspension following his dismissal against the Canaries. He kicked out at defender Leon Barnett as he attempted to get the ball back having hauled Leicester back in the game at 4-3. Portuguese defender Miguel Vitor remains suspended.
