Several Sunday tabloids claim that Hull City's Phil Brown is a fan of the 23-year-old and the Premiership club are lining up a bid in excess of £3million.
Hull recorded their first home win of 2009 yesterday, beating Bolton 1-0 but it is believed that Brown is unhappy with his striking options and is looking to strengthen with the signing of the Foxes top goal scorer.
The news will come as a great concern to the Foxes faithful as Fryatt has had a strong start to the season scoring three goals, including the winner in yesterday's 1-0 win over Barnsley.
Fryatt is contracted at the Walkers Stadium for a further three years after signing a new deal in December last year.
