Although Fryatt has the potential to continue his prolific form in the Championship, Pearson has healthy cover in attack and is set to hand loanee Martyn Waghorn his first start against Sheffield United tomorrow night.
Waghorn, on loan from Sunderland, made an explosive start to his five-month loan at the Walkers Stadium, scoring in front of the Foxes Faithful after replacing Fryatt at half time on the opening day of the season.
Also, Pearson could opt to use Dany N'Guessan in a more attacking role. The French winger has shown huge promise in front of goal, staking a claim for a start alongside Howard with two goals in three games.
The Foxes will travel to Bramall Lane brimming with confidence after a strong start to their Championship campaign.
