Speaking in his first interview since making a move across the channel, Kermorgant said: 'I hope to stay. In a few weeks I will talk to the manager and, if he wants to keep me, perhaps I will stay here for a longer time.
'I like English football and it was the reason I came here. In France I could have been playing in the first team but I decided to go to England to discover another culture and to learn the language.
'It is a new life here and a big challenge for me, and I like that. I think English football suits my style.' He added.
Kermorgant will be hoping his steady performance alongside Matty Fryatt on Tuesday will stand him in good shape for another first team start when the Foxes travel to the Ricoh Arena tomorrow for the much anticipated clash with Coventry.
Pearson will have an almost fully fit squad to pick from for tomorrow's 12:30 kick off.
