Claudio Ranieri's men face Copenhagen in the Champions League on Tuesday, bidding to extend their 100 per cent start to Group G in the first of two straight European matches against the Danes.
And Albrighton wants a response from the Foxes.
"We've got to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and go again," he told lcfc.com.
"There's no point dwelling on it
We need to get this out of our minds and get back to what we're good at: fighting all over the pitch, getting the spirit of the team, getting in people's faces, be harder to play against, harder to beat and be harder to score against."
Diego Costa was unmarked following a corner as he netted after seven minutes, Eden Hazard struck a second before half-time and Victor Moses hit a late third as the Foxes floundered at the home of their predecessors as champions.
"We've got to stop what we're doing to get ourselves in this position," Albrighton added.
"It's not good enough
We're too easy to score against, we're too easy to beat.
"We as players need to stand up and be counted."
There was an element of luck in Hazard's goal as he received the break of the ball, but Albrighton believes Leicester must work to change their own fortunes after a fourth away loss in the Premier League from four games.
"I'm a keen believer that you create your own luck," he added.
"Last year we had the rub of the green on many occasions.
"If you're not doing the basics and you're not fighting as well as you can, things like that go against you."
Chelsea recorded back-to-back clean sheets for the first time since February.
Blues head coach Antonio Conte reverted to a back three for the win at Hull prior to the international break and continued with the system against Leicester.

Costa has seven goals in eight Premier League games and Cahill called on the striker to receive some support.
