The Foxes Chairman held a meeting with Ian Holloway and Chief Executive Paul Aldridge regarding the future of the club following their disasterous relegation to the third tier of English football.
Holloway remains in charge at the Walkers Stadium for the foreseeable future, however Mandarics reputation for hiring and firing on a regular basis since his arrival has sparked a hatful of rumours surrounding the managers future.
Mandaric told the Leicester Mercury: 'This discussion was the first in a long line of meetings that will occur. We have to cover every base in our attempt to get it right.'
'We will now take what we have learnt into our next board meeting to discuss with our fellow directors.'
