Millwall v Leicester. Match preview

Both players sustained knocks as the Foxes' 23-match unbeaten run was ended at Tranmere on Wednesday night, and their absences will force boss Nigel Pearson to make changes for the Den clash.

"Andy has picked up a heavy knock on his knee and we will have to see how that is in the next 24 to 48 hours," Pearson told the club's official website.

"Dave has picked up a shoulder injury, so we will also have to monitor that.

"We will see how that is on Friday and make decisions from there."

On-loan Hull defender Wayne Brown is expected to remain sidelined with a calf problem.

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett will name an unchanged squad.

Skipper Paul Robinson is still sidelined with a broken metatarsal so Zak Whitbread and Tony Craig continue their partnership at the heart of defence.

Fellow defenders Alan Dunne (ankle) and Chris Hackett (calf) are also missing along with winger Lewis Grabban (hamstring) and midfielder Danny Spiller (hip).

Full-back Danny Senda this week underwent a third operation on the knee he dislocated on the final day of last season and will miss the rest of the campaign.

Winger James Henry plays the final game of his initial loan spell from Reading, but the Lions have agreed to extend his deal for a further two months.
