Striker Snubs Foxes Move

The Foxes had agreed a fee for the 24-year-old but the former Bournemouth and Portsmouth forward has decided against a move back into English football.

"After discussing the issue with his family back in Scotland, Steve felt that it wasn't the right move for him at this moment in time," Foxes boss Craig Levein told the club's official website.
