The Bulls are facing relegation back to League 2 and defeat against Leicester will all but send them down. It's a lost cause for Hereford with relegation fast becoming a reality so the home side have pride to play for and little else.
"We hope to get a victory over Leicester and this is the big challenge to the players: go and do to Leicester what you did to Leeds," manager Graham Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"They have had a great season and have been top of the table for the vast majority of it.
"It's a big challenge, can we rise to that challenge and get something out of the game?
"We're fortunate to have a game of this nature towards the end of the season. They'll be over 2,000 Leicester supporters here and quite a few of ours. So it should be a good atmosphere for a game late on.
"They've got some good players. They are a particular threat up-front with Howard and Fryatt, a lot of goals between them this season. They are a challenge to our central defenders, go and do a job on them, stop them having any chances."
